We will go through your house, room by room, inside and out, providing you with a detailed analysis of changes, updates, and repairs that we feel are necessary to attract the most buyers. We will implement those changes, working with or without the homeowners or agents.  If needed, we have a list of reliable painters, landscapers, contractors, cleaners, etc.

Transitional Design Services...

Moving from one space to another is overwhelming, whether downsizing or upsizing.  We will help you decide what to take and where to place it and make suggestions for colors, accessories, and window treatments if needed.  A simple plan for furniture placement will make the transition easier.  Again, we have names of workers if items need to be sold, donated, or tossed.

Color Consulting Services...

Color is one of the easiest and most economical ways of upgrading and changing a room.  Yet color selection can be one of the most daunting tasks for homeowners.  We will consult with you about color and sheen choices, making suggestions based upon your personal preferences and existing furniture, and discuss options for a more cohesive and harmonious environment.  We’ll also help with countertops and flooring color selections.

Redesign Services...

Sometimes everything you need to update your home is already there.  Just having an experienced designer come in with a fresh perspective can make a tired home look like new again.  We will come in, study the house as a whole and come up with a plan using only the existing furniture to facilitate a fantastic change.  Shifting furniture and accessories form one room to another can breathe new life and bring new purpose. 

Reorganization Services...

Efficient organizational systems are vital for success and prosperity.  We will transform your disorganized and cluttered spaces to efficient, organized, and harmonious. We’ll help you manage your piles of paper, clothing, knickknacks, books, magazines, and mail.  And a system will be in place to facilitate this organizational success.

Personal Shopping Services...

Not sure what accessories you need to pull together your rooms? We will shop for plants, pillows, window treatments, artwork, picture framing, or anything else you might need to pull a room together. If you want original artwork, we know lots of artists and can put you in touch with the right artist for the perfect piece for your room, your budget, and your lifestyle.

Fees...

All services are $50.00 per hour per consultant.
Extra consultants are $30.00 per hour.
Payment is expected immediately upon completion of work.
